We provide 245D services to individuals with disabilities and older adults aged 65, with a special focus on those receiving support through Minnesota Medicaid waiver programs.

Our Services

Basic Support

Providing assistance that enables the client to continue living safely, comfortably and independently

24-hour emergency assistance

we are always on hand to respond to all emerging issues, no matter the time of day. Whether via a call or physical visit, we will rapidly address the situation and get you back to living your life.

Companion services

Our staff can assist with companionship through activities such as conversations, sharing a meal, assisting with a task, playing simple games or going out for a walk in the community

Homemaker

We provide household management assistance of the highest level. From cleaning, laundry, ironing, vacuuming, bed-making, shopping, etc., we are committed to helping you be happy and comfortable in your space.

Night Supervision

There will be an awake staff providing overnight care that keeps you feeling safe, secure and reassured.

Respite Care

Be it at home or out-of-home, our staff will attend to the daily activities of your loved one for the family to rest. Whether you need a break from providing care due to other responsibilities or want to share the load, Elegant Services is here for you and happy to step in.
